Description: Extremely lightweight, highly flexible duct with a high tensile spring steel helix, covered with a silicone coated and impregnated glass fibre fabric, with an outer cord of silicone-coated glass fibre. This ducting is ideal for air handling, air distribution and fume extraction where extremes of temperature are involved. For light duty service conditions requiring good flexibility and lightness in weight. It is available to special order in almost any length up to 4.0 metres, and with a variety of cuff styles.

Chemical Resistance: fair resistance to many oils, greases, solvents and industrial chemicals in the vapour phase at moderate concentrations.

Versatile: available in any length up to 4.0 metres. With straight, tapered or expanded cuffs. A variety of factory fitted cuff styles are available for applications which require smoothness, security of attachment or a leak-tight seal.

Inspection: Certificates of conformance can be issued. This ducting conforms to BS476 parts 6, 7 & 20 with a fire resistance time of 60 minutes.
