M1502 - Master-Clip TEFLON® H-EL transport and suction hose for temperatures up to +175°C, electrically conductive = 106 Ohm

Temperature Range

• -40°C up to +175°C
• intermittent to +190°C

Material
hose wall: inner layer electrically conductive PTFE film,
outer layer Hypalon® coated polyester fabric
external helix: galvanised steel

Properties

PTFE film: surface resistance RO= 106 Ohm

excellent chemical resistance

PTFE is harmless for health

heat and cold resistant

excellent weather resistance

generally good UV and ozone resistance

very flexible

extremely compressible ca. 1:4

small bend radius

vibration proof

outer hose wall of robust material outside

inner hose wall with non stick surface

optimum flow characteristics

external steel helix protects against abrasion

special clamping method guarantees high tensile strength between hose material and external helix
