Colour: Clear PU with PU coated coppered steel spiral
Working temperature: -40°C + 90°C / -40°F + 194°F
Features: Ester base PU duct reinforced with PU coated high adhesion coppered steel wire. Semi-smooth inside to ensure optimisation of flow properties. Wall thickness from 0,4 to 0,75 mm. Maximum flexibility, high compressibility (about 5:1) and lightness make this duct an excellent choice for cost saving storage and transport and easy handling in operation. Resistant to abrasion, mineral oils, weather conditions, ozone and ageing. Especially suitable for dynamic applications. The PU-coated spiral allows more bending sessions than a hose with a not coated steel spiral. Halogen free and with row materials according to REACH, conform to RoHS regulations, can be made antistatic according to BGR 132 by grounding the spiral. It can be made in the microbes resistant version*.
Applications: suction of pellets, granulates, abrasive powders and chemicals. In woodworking and ceramic industry and everywhere very high flexibility is required.
