VN01 (HD12)
Colour: translucent with coppered steel spiral.
Temperature Range: -40˚C +90˚C (+125˚C peaks) / -40°F+194°F (252°F short time).
Features: ester based polyurethane hose reinforced with a high adhesion coppered steel spiral. Semi-smooth inside to optimise flow properties. Higher abrasion resistance than conventional hoses in rubber and PVC with superior lifetime in use. Good resistance to mineral oils and chemicals. Excellent against ozone and weather. Halogen free and conform to RoHS. Antistatic by grounding the spiral in conformity with Bgr 132 Regulation. Flame retardant according to UL94-HB.
Application fields: multipurpose hose for suction and transportation of abrasive media. Specifically designed for passage of granulates in the plastic industry, can be used for the passage of pellets, chips, etc. For heavy duty suction in the woodworking industry, for textiles, dedusting and industrial cleaning.
