VI01 (HDS15 ET FOOD)

Colour: translucent with zinc coloured steel spiral.

Temperature Range: - 40°c+90°c, (+125°c short time).

Features: ether based polyurethane hose reinforced with a high adhesion Zinc Coated steel wire. Semi-smooth inside to ensure optimisation of flow properties. Resistant to microbes and Hydrolysis. Good resistance to mineral oils and chemicals, excellent resistance to ozone and weather. Food grade in accordance with European (2002/72/CEE and further amendments) and US (FDA title 21 CFR 177.1680 and 177.2600) regulations. Very flexible even at low temperatures, better than a comparable ester based hose. Halogen free and conform to RoHS regulations. Antistatic by grounding the spiral in conformity with BGR-132 regulations. Flame retardant according to UL 94-HB.

Application fields: suction and transport hose in the Food and Pharmaceutical Industry. For street cleaning vehicles, in the chemical industry, and for all applications where microbes resistance is required.
