VG01 (HDSP20)
Colour: translucent with coppered spiral.
Temperature range: -40°C +90°C / -40°F + 194°F.
Features: Ester based, heavy duty PU hose reinforced with an high adhesion spiral to ensure maximum bonding and operating life even in the toughest applications. Semi-smooth inside. Keeps very high flexibility even at low temperature due to the low weight. Resistant to extreme abrasion, mineral oils, ageing, ozone and atmospheric agents. Conform to RoHS,
can be made antistatic in accordance to BGR 132 by grounding the spiral.
Application fields: for extremely abrasive substances such as gravel, sands, stones, cement, etc. For suction of pellets in high performance plastic machines, as transport hose in shipyards, steelworks, quarries, silos etc. Extremely suitable for industrial cleaning, roof rocking and for street cleaning car.
