Norplast® 4466 Airflex PU AS Food
Introducing the Norplast® 4466 Airflex PU AS Food — a light universal polyurethane suction hose.
Applications:
- Suitable for all types of food; liquid, oil-containing food products but also for dry solid food products up to 40°C.
- Use for air, dust, powder, wood chips and chemical vapors.
- Excellent suitability for the passage and/or drainage of insulating materials.
Properties:
- Very flexible and wear resistant.
- Smooth inside.
- According to the norm EN ISO 1307:2008.
- Approval acc. to EU-Directive 10/2011 (food simulants A, B, C, D1, D2 and E) and EC 1935/2004.
Temperature Range:
-25°C to 85°C
Design:
- Polyurethane inner layer.
- Polyurethane outer layer.
- Corrugated construction cover.
- Rigid PVC spiral.
- With copper stranded wire.
- Smooth interior.
Delivery variants:
Transparent inner S&D Hose, transparent exterior wall, blue spiral (standard). Available in various dimensions ranging from 40mm to 150mm in diameter. The weight and production lengths vary depending on the dimension.

- EU Regulation 10/2011 Food Simulant D2: Foods with free fats at the surface.
- EU Regulation 10/2011 Food Simulant E: Testing specific migration into dry foods.
