Mandrel built steam hose designed for use with saturated steam up to 206°C / 17 bar and peaks of superheated steam up to 232°C / 17 bar. Meets or exceeds the requirements of BS 5342 type 2A

High strength spiral wire
Cover
Black, smooth rubber, resistant to abrasion, heat, ozone and weather. Pin pricked to evacuate gases. Fabric impression.
Marking
BS 5342 2A [Year] 17 Bar ? 250 PSI [Ø]/ 232°C ? 450°F Drain After USE (in white letters)
Comment
It is recommended that the hose is drained after use in order to discharge the condensation.
