Designed to convey food, cosmetic, health care and pharmaceutical products. Suitable for a wide range of media such as premium wines, fruit juices, vinegar, spirits with alcoholic content up to 96%, creams, soaps, milk and by-products; also resistant to products containing oils and fats.
Features and Applications
PharmaPress is crafted as a flexible hose from TPE hygienic rubber, eliminating the vulcanisation process. This design choice prevents any potential leaching of curing agents, thereby ensuring product purity, promoting energy efficiency, and contributing to reduced CO2 emissions. It is ideal for sectors requiring high standards of hygiene and environmental consciousness.
Properties
With a design featuring ultra-smooth surfaces internally and externally for unimpeded flow and ease in cleaning or sterilization, the hose's low porosity TPE minimizes permeation, safeguarding the medium's quality. It remains neutral in taste and odor, ensuring no alteration to the product. Exhibits solid resistance to a spectrum of chemicals, including acids and bases, and to common oils and fats, while also offering durability against ageing, ozone, UV, and weather, all without the use of phthalates.
