Description
Our mandrel built Rubber Discharge Hose is specifically designed for the safe and efficient transfer of liquid or gaseous propane, and butane from tankers and wagons. Engineered to meet the stringent requirements of EN 1762:2018 - Type D-M, this hose is ideal for handling both pressurised and refrigerated gases with a constant working pressure of 25 bar, across all sizes.

- High-Quality Tube: Black antistatic synthetic rubber, impermeable and designed to resist the corrosive effects of liquid gases, ensuring safe transport without leakage.
- Robust Reinforcement: Includes high tensile synthetic plies combined with a stainless steel antistatic wire, providing both strength and safety by dissipating static electricity.
- Resilient Cover: A black synthetic rubber exterior. Pin-pricked to allow permeation of gases, offering resistance to petroleum products, abrasion, and harsh weather conditions. The cover is pin-pricked to allow for gas evacuation, minimising the risk of pressure build-up.
- Marking: Compliant markings embossed according to norms for easy identification and traceability.
- Temperature Range: Functions reliably from -30°C to +70°C, suitable for a wide range of environmental conditions.
- Safety: With a nominal burst pressure exceeding 100 bar, it provides an extra layer of security for high-pressure applications.
- Electrical Resistance: Two antistatic copper wires ensure safe use in environments where static discharge could be hazardous.
