Carflex Super Polyester Fabric Coated with EPDM/PP Ducting with Plastic Helix
Product Code: M412

Description
Carflex Super is an exhaust gas ducting designed for high temperatures, perfect for use in environments where the hose may be driven over repeatedly. Constructed with a polyester fabric coated with EPDM/PP and a plastic helix reinforcement.
Features and Applications
Carflex Super is ideal for extracting exhaust gas from spark ignition or diesel engines, and for the suction of engine exhaust gases (up to +200°C when suction funnels are used properly with adequate fresh air intake, approx. 50%). It is suitable for all conventional suction extraction systems, including hose reels, slotted channels, above-floor and under-floor suction extraction, and stationary suction plants. The hose can be driven over repeatedly, making it perfect for use on garage floors and in other demanding environments.
Properties
Crush-recoverable, excellent resilience properties, high resistance to mechanical load, axially compressible, small bend radius, super lightweight, robust, good tensile and burst strength, optimum flow characteristics.
Carflex Super excels in maintaining a safe working environment by efficiently removing hazardous exhaust gases, including carbon monoxide, from automotive and other engine service areas. Its crush-resistant design ensures long-lasting performance even under heavy use. The combination of flexibility, robustness, and lightweight construction makes it an indispensable tool for exhaust extraction applications. Bore Finish: Corrugated
