If you're dealing with high maintenance media like powders, granules, or even wet and wild industrial waste, our Thick Wall Vulcano 09 ET Hose isn't here to play nice. It's the real deal for small to mid-sized plants that need to hustle with high-speed pneumatic transport. And yes, it's also the go-to for those little (or not so little) sweeping and grass-cutting machines that need a hose with some serious backbone. Ideal for whisking away food-grade granules, powders and for moving plastic granules destined for food packaging, without any funny business.

Technical

Ether-based polyurethane ducting reinforced with a high adhesion steel helix. We're talking a constant wall thickness of 0.9mm across all sizes, ensuring your flow is as smooth as your best sales pitch.

Properties

Resistance: Laughs in the face of microbes, hydrolysis, most chemicals, ozone, UV rays, and weather conditions.
Flavourless: This hose keeps its cool, staying odorless and not messing with the taste or smell of what you're transfering.
Flexibility: Even when it's chilly out, this hose bends without throwing a fit, thanks to its excellent bending radius.
Safety: Halogen-free, phthalate-free, permanently anti-static to R ≤ 10⁹ Ohm/m and can be grounded to become electrically bonded. We're talking resistance of R ≤ 10² Ohm/m, by rules of ISO 8031 and ATEX Directives.

When it comes to food, we don't mess around. EU Regulation 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1, D2, E) and FDA, title 21 CFR 177.2600, say this hose is A-OK for your goodies. Plus, it conforms to RoHS 2011/65/EU Directive and REACH Regulation because we're about that safe, environmentally friendly life.
