Description

The Vulcano 12 ET Hose is a robust solution crafted with a thick wall, perfectly suited for the conveyance of highly abrasive media, including powders, granules, and even damp industrial processing waste. Excelling in high-speed pneumatic systems of small to medium-sized plants, sweeping and grass cutting equipment. Its compatibility extends to food-grade granules and powders, making it an ideal choice for the transportation of plastic granules used in food packaging or pharmaceutical plants, ensuring both durability and compliance with stringent industry standards.

Technical Specifications

Material: Constructed from ether-based polyurethane, reinforced with a high adhesion TPU-coated steel spiral.
Wall Thickness: Robust and uniform at 1.2mm across all diameters for consistent performance.
Flow Characteristics: Smooth bore to facilitate optimal flow of materials.
Anti-Static: Permanent antistatic properties (R<10⁹ Ohm/m).
Can be made conductive (R<10² Ohm/m) by grounding the spiral in line with ISO 8031 and ATEX Directives.
