Description

Our Hypalon® Coated Polyester Fabric Ducting is designed for handling challenging environments where narrow spaces or a tight bending radius is required

Features and Applications

Primarily used for the suction and delivery of chemical vapours and fumes up to 170°C, this ducting is ideal for installations in tight spaces where flexibility and a specific bending radius are crucial.

Properties

It features a Hypalon® coating over a polyester fabric, reinforced with a galvanised steel clamp spiral, offering a 4:1 compression ratio. This product excels in mechanical properties, providing flexibility, robustness, excellent bending capabilities, and resistance to kinking, vibrations, and a wide range of chemicals including alkalis and acids. The outer steel clamp adds an extra layer of protection against abrasion. It's also flame resistant per S4.3 FMVSS No. 302, ensuring safety in potentially hazardous environments.
