Flamex BF AE is a lightweight, highly flexible, abrasion-resistant, and microbe-resistant polyether polyurethane ducting designed for leaf collection and grass cutting machines. Constructed from FDA-approved food-grade polyether polyurethane, it features an embedded copper-coated high tensile steel wire helix for reinforcement, ensuring optimal performance.

Flamex BF AE is extremely flexible and highly abrasion-resistant, making it ideal for leaf collecting and small street cleaning machines. It is also microbe-resistant, ensuring longevity in various environments. Safe and reliable, this hose is FDA approved for use in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
Properties
Abrasion-resistant, highly flexible, light, odourless/tasteless, microbe and hydrolysis-resistant, smallest bending radius, halogen and plasticizer-free, optimum flow characteristics, good chemical resistance, high tensile strength, generally good UV and ozone resistance. Compliant with TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU, with earthing at both ends of the spiral for non-flammable dust/bulk solids in Zone 22 and for gases/liquids with low conductivity of electrostatic charges in Zone 2.
