Description

Master-PUR H is a medium-weight transport and suction ducting made from polyester polyurethane. The hose is reinforced with a spring steel wire spiral, making it suitable for various demanding applications.

Features and Applications

Master-PUR H is perfect for the extraction of coarse-grained particles with high flow volume, transport of abrasive solids, gaseous and liquid media, and as a standard hose for industrial vacuum cleaners. It is also used for the transport of granules and chips, suction and transport of paper fibres, oil spray extraction, and as a protective hose against mechanical loadings.

Properties

This hose is highly abrasion-resistant and offers excellent resistance to oil and fuels. It is gas-tight, has good chemical resistance, and is free of halogens and plasticisers. The hose provides generally good UV and ozone resistance, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. It is very flexible and lightweight, with a small bend radius, improved pressure and vacuum characteristics, and high tensile and burst strength. The hose's nearly smooth inside walls ensure optimum flow characteristics. It is electrically conductive to BGR 132 by grounding the spiral and is RoHS compliant. Bore Finish: Nearly smooth bore
