Description
High temperature ducting with galvanised steel clamping profile, designed to be silicone-free and highly flexible, with excellent flame retardant properties.
Features and Applications
Master-Clip HT 300 is ideal for a wide range of applications, including Oven manufacturing, Heat protection, Mining industry, Iron and steel industry, Smoke extractors, Machine manufacturing, Extractor units, Furnace construction and Flue gas exhaust. Its spiral construction includes a hot-dip galvanised steel strip for durability. The external spiral is designed as an additional protective profile, ensuring robustness in various environments. The wall is made of specified, coated glass fibre fabric, providing UV resistance according to ISO EN 105 B02 and flame retardant properties.
Properties
Master-Clip HT 300 offers exceptional durability, compressible to approximately 1:6, very flexible, and lightweight. The ducting is self-extinguishing and moderately pressure resistant, with no outgassing during commissioning. Its chemical properties include being silicone-free, hydrolysis resistant, and having good ozone resistance. These properties ensure long-term durability and reliability in demanding environments.
