Description

High temperature ducting with galvanised steel clamping profile, offers excellent chemical resistance and operates over a wide temperature range.

Features and Applications

Master-Clip KAPTON® is ideal for automotive, industrial, and chemical applications requiring high temperature and chemical resistance. Its spiral construction includes a hot-dip galvanised steel strip for durability. The external spiral is designed as an additional protective profile. The wall is made of glass fabric with one side laminated with KAPTON®, providing very good resistance to chemicals.

Properties

Master-Clip KAPTON® offers exceptional durability, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. It is very flexible, lightweight, and moderately pressure resistant. The hose features high gas tightness in the vacuum and low-pressure range, with good vacuum resistance. The outside is a silver colour, and the inside is a yellow-gold colour. Its chemical resistance is comparable to Master-Clip PTFE tubing but over a much wider temperature range. Bore Finish: Corrugated
