Master Clip PTFE Laminated Electrically Conductive Ducting up to 280°C (Production only, Minimum Order Quantities apply)
Product Code: M376

Description
Designed for the suction and blowing of corrosive media in industrial applications. This electroconductive ducting is highly flexible and heat-resistant, making it suitable for a wide range of demanding environments.
Features and Applications
Master-Clip PTFE EL is ideal for the semiconductor industry, ventilation and air-conditioning, chemistry, surface technology, conveying, lifting and feeding technology, and metal and toolmaking. Its spiral construction features a hot-dip galvanised steel strip for durability. The external spiral is designed as an additional protective profile. The wall is made of electrically conductive PTFE laminate, with a multi-layered design ensuring optimal transport of media due to its anti-adhesive inner surface.
Properties
Master-Clip PTFE EL offers exceptional flexibility and durability. It is very flexible, lightweight, and moderately pressure resistant, with compressibility up to approximately 1:6, heat-resistant, cold-resistant, and weather-resistant, providing good resistance to chemicals. The inner layer has a surface resistance of R₀ < 10⁶ Ohm, meeting the requirements of TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU standards.
Choose Master-Clip PTFE EL for a reliable, high-performance solution in demanding industrial environments. Its combination of high-quality materials, excellent chemical resistance, and electroconductive properties makes it an essential component. Bore Finish: Corrugated
