Master-CLIP PUR is constructed with a polyurethane film wall, free of plasticisers, and an external helix made of hot-dipped galvanised steel. Suitable for air conditioning and ventilation, extraction of abrasive media, and low-pressure applications. The duct's robust design makes it perfect for environments where abrasion resistance and durability are essential.

Properties:

Offering high abrasion resistance and good mechanical resistance. It also provides good resistance to oil and petrol vapours, is highly resilient, and resistant to ageing and low temperatures. Flexible and extremely compressible, with a compression ratio of approximately 1:6, and a small bend radius. The external steel helix protects against abrasion, and the special clamping method guarantees high tensile strength between the hose material and the external helix. Master-Clip PUR is an environmentally friendly alternative to PVC hoses, offering much higher temperature resistance and being RoHS compliant. The profile-extruded construction ensures a high tension-proof connection and outer chafing protection. Bore Finish: Corrugated
