Description
High-temperature ducting constructed with Viton® EL coated polyester fabric and an external helix of hot-dip galvanised steel, this hose ensures durability and robust performance.
Features and Applications
Master-Clip Viton® EL is ideal for extracting corrosive media at medium temperatures, low-pressure applications, chemical plants, and paint spray extraction. It also suits danger zones requiring electro-conductivity according to TRGS, thanks to its electrically conductive material with surface resistance < 10⁴ Ohm.
Properties
This hose offers high-temperature resistance, very good chemical resistance, and UV and ozone resistance. It is continually kink-proof, highly flexible, and extremely compressible to approximately 1:6, making it easy to handle and install in confined spaces. The small bend radius and vibration-proof design further enhance its reliability in challenging conditions.
The external steel helix provides superior protection against abrasion, and the special clamping method ensures high tensile strength between the hose material and the external helix, making it tear-proof and capable of withstanding high mechanical loads.
