Description
High-quality TPE film hose designed for the safe transport of drinking water. This hose is engineered with a stainless steel spiral and is certified for use in both cold and hot water drinking water applications up to 60°C.
Features and Applications
Master H2O is perfect for applications in the cold and hot water sector, ensuring safe and reliable transport of drinking water. The hose is constructed with a TPE film design and a stainless steel spiral made from spring steel (1.4310), providing durability and flexibility. The wall thickness between the spirals is approximately 0.6 mm, made from TPE, and meets the KTW/TPE transition recommendation and W270 certification standards.
Properties
Master H2O is designed according to TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU standards, with grounding on both sides of the spiral for aspirative and pneumatic conveying of non-flammable dusts and bulk materials in zone 22. It is also suitable for conveying gases and liquids with low conductivity in zone 2, with manufacturing processes adhering to GMP EC 2023/2006 standards. This hose offers good UV and ozone resistance, is halogen-free, plasticiser-free, and permanently kink-resistant. These properties ensure long-term durability and reliability in demanding environments.
