Features and Applications
Master-PE LF EL is an ideal choice for applications requiring reliable electroconductive properties, such as in ventilation and air-conditioning systems and the chemical industry. The hose features a film construction with an embedded support coil made of spring steel, ensuring durability while maintaining a lightweight profile. The wall is made from electrically conductive polyethylene with a surface resistance of R₀ < 10⁴ Ohm, offering excellent protection against static buildup. This hose is highly flexible, allowing for easy installation in tight spaces, and its compressible design enhances storage and transport efficiency. It is also suitable for handling aggressive vapours and solvents, thanks to its good chemical resistance and halogen-free composition.
Properties
Master-PE LF EL is an antistatic, electrically conductive hose that meets the TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU standards, making it a safe choice for environments where static control is crucial. The duct is highly resistant to hydrolysis, microbes, and chemicals, ensuring longevity even under challenging conditions. Its small bending radius and very flexible nature make it easy to maneuver, while its lightweight construction does not compromise on pressure resistance, making it moderately pressure resistant. Additionally, the hose is free from plasticisers, enhancing its durability and safety in use.
