Description
Ultra-lightweight, highly flexible, and compressible polyurethane film ducting. This ducting is engineered with a pure polyester polyurethane wall, approximately 0.4 mm thick, and reinforced with a spring steel wire spiral for enhanced durability. Designed to withstand mechanical wear, it offers excellent abrasion resistance and high tensile strength. The halogen and plasticiser-free construction ensures it is safe and reliable, making it gas-tight and suitable for a wide range of demanding applications.

Properties
This hose is noted for its excellent abrasion resistance, lightweight nature, kink resistance, solvents, oils and petroleum resistance, flexiblity and compressibility of approximately 1:5 ensuring long-term performance. Can also be made anti-static by bonding the helix ensuring low conductivity of electrostatic charges when earthed at both ends. Bore Finish: Corrugated
