Introducing the Master-PUR H FishTec — a medium-weight, flexible polyurethane suction and transport ducting. Certified according to NS 9416:2013, this ducting is microbe-resistant, hydrolysis-resistant, and approved for direct food contact, ensuring safety and compliance with the highest industry standards.
Features and Applications
The Master-PUR H FishTec is ideal for food and pharmaceutical applications, offering excellent performance in environments requiring hygiene and durability. Constructed as a profile extruded hose with a spring steel wire helix, it features a wall thickness of approximately 1.8 mm made from polyether polyurethane. The material is approved for direct food contact in accordance with EU Directive 1935/2004 and FDA regulations, making it suitable for handling food products safely.
Properties
This hose is not only food-approved but also boasts excellent chemical resistance, including good UV and ozone resistance, and is free from halogens and plasticisers. Its robust design ensures it remains flexible and durable even under challenging conditions.
