Description
Introducing Master-PUR H Trainflex® — a medium-weight, flexible polyurethane suction and transport ducting, designed for demanding applications in rail vehicles. This hose offers flame retardant properties, conforming to DIN EN 45545-2, HL3 standards.
Features and Applications
Master-PUR H Trainflex® is ideal for use in rail vehicles. Its construction includes a profile extruded hose with a metal spiral made of steel wire and a wall made of polyurethane with a thickness of approximately 1.5 mm.
Properties
Offers good resistance to petrol, chemicals, oil, and UV rays. The hose is halogen-free, hydrolysis-resistant, microbe-resistant, and plasticiser-free. Its flame retardant properties are in line with EN 45545-2:2013 +A1:2015: R22 HL1, HL2, HL3; R23 HL1, HL2, HL3 standards. Additionally, it has been tested for rail vehicles according to DIN 5510 and DIN EN 45545-2, ensuring its suitability for demanding environments. The hose is highly flexible, providing ease of use and installation in various settings.
