Electrically Conductive Polyurethane Ducting Master PUR HEL

Description


Master-PUR H-EL is a medium-weight, suction and delivery ducting. This hose is made from electrically conductive polyurethane and reinforced with a spring steel wire spiral.

Features and Applications


Master-PUR H-EL is ideal for use in dangerous areas requiring electrically conductive hoses, such as industrial vacuum cleaners in explosion-proof zones. It is also suitable for the extraction of coarse-grained particles with high flow volumes, oil spray extraction, and as a protective hose against mechanical pressure. The hose is medium-weight and designed to handle abrasive solids, liquids, and gases with high efficiency.

Properties


It is extremely abrasion-resistant, very flexible, and has a small bend radius. The hose is also resistant to oil and fuels, gas tight, and free of halogens. It offers good chemical resistance, UV and ozone resistance, and improved pressure and vacuum characteristics. Our hose boasts high tensile and burst strength, nearly smooth inside walls for optimum flow characteristics, and is RoHS compliant. The wall thickness between spirals is approximately 1.4 mm. Bore Finish: Nearly smooth bore
