The Master-PUR HX S is a heavy-duty polyurethane suction and transport ducting designed for extreme conditions requiring high abrasion resistance and vacuum proof capabilities. With a very smooth inner lining, this hose is ideal for handling demanding industrial tasks, ensuring efficient and safe material transport.

Features and Applications

The Master-PUR HX S is engineered for robust industrial applications, including bulk handling, construction, chemical processing, food and pharmaceutical industries, as well as metal and toolmaking. Its profile extruded design, reinforced with a spring steel wire helix, ensures excellent durability and performance. The wall, made from polyester polyurethane with a substantial thickness of approximately 3.5 mm between spirals, includes a non-migrating permanent antistatic agent, making it suitable for environments where static discharge is a concern. The hose provides outstanding resistance to UV rays, chemicals, oil, petrol, and ozone, and is free of halogens and plasticisers.

Properties

The Master-PUR HX S offers very high pressure resistance and is particularly smooth on the inside, enhancing material flow and reducing friction. It is microbe-resistant and maintains its flexibility even under heavy use. Its permanently antistatic properties, with a surface resistance of less than 10⁹ Ohm, ensure compliance with TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU standards. Bore Finish: Smooth
