Master-PUR HÜ Trivolution is built for demanding environments in the bulk and construction industries, chemical processing, food and pharmaceutical sectors, waste disposal, and plastics. It features a spring steel profile extruded design, providing excellent pressure resistance. The wall, made from polyester polyurethane, is approximately 1.7 mm thick between spirals and includes a non-migrating permanent antistatic agent, making it ideal for handling sensitive materials. The hose is transparent, allowing for easy monitoring, and is suitable for applications requiring antistatic, flame-retardant, and microbe-resistant properties.

Properties

Master-PUR HÜ Trivolution offers a balanced combination of flexibility and strength. Its surface resistance is less than 10⁹ Ohm, measured according to DIN EN ISO 8031, ensuring permanent antistatic properties. The hose is flame-retardant per DIN 4102 B1 and provides superior abrasion resistance compared to other polyurethane hoses, as defined by DIN ISO 4649. It also boasts good chemical, UV, oil, petrol, and ozone resistance, and is halogen-free and plasticiser-free. With its heavy weight and strong pressure resistance, this hose is designed to withstand the rigours of medium-duty industrial applications. Bore Finish: Corrugated
