Master-PUR L-F EL is ideal for the suction and extraction of paper and textile fibres, in danger zones requiring electrically conductive hoses, and for the transport of fine-grained particles, dust, and powder. It serves as an excellent suction and transport hose for abrasive solids, liquids, and gases, providing protection against mechanical wear and efficient oil mist extraction. This hose is also suitable for the extraction of flammable vapours, ensuring safety and reliability.

Properties

Constructed from electrically conductive polyester polyurethane with a spring steel wire helix, Master-PUR L-F EL is halogen-free, highly flexible, and features the smallest bending radii for optimum flow characteristics. It is highly abrasion-resistant, with good resistance to chemicals, oil, and fuel, and generally good UV and ozone resistance. The wall thickness between spirals is approximately 0.5 mm, meeting DIN 26057 type II standards.
