Features and Applications
Ideal for plant and mechanical engineering, robotics, and automation, the Master-PUR M HT 125 is constructed with a profile extruded hose design reinforced by a spring steel wire helix. The hose wall, made of high-temperature polyurethane, is more resistant to heat than standard polyurethane, ensuring long-lasting performance under demanding conditions. Its wall thickness of approximately 1.0 mm provides a balanced combination of strength and flexibility. The hose's surface resistance is below 10⁹ Ohms, as per DIN EN ISO 8031 standards, making it suitable for use in areas requiring electrostatic dissipation.
Properties
Master-PUR M HT 125 is medium-heavy and moderately pressure-resistant, offering excellent tensile and tear strength for rugged industrial environments. It is compliant with TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU standards, ensuring it meets the safety requirements for hazardous areas. The hose offers good chemical resistance, withstanding petrol, oils, and other chemicals, while maintaining flexibility and ease of handling.
