Description
Master-PUR Step is our crush-resistant PU film hose, hardly inflammable according to DIN 4102 B1. It features a polyester polyurethane wall with an integrated wire and an added flame protector, making it more abrasion-resistant compared to polyether polyurethane. The spiral is made of hardly inflammable polyurethane.
Features and Applications
Master-PUR Step is ideally suited as a suction and delivery hose in conditions where conventional hoses might deform, such as on the floor where it can be stepped on. It is perfect for the woodworking industry, protection applications, and the transport and suction of sawdust, woodchips and woodworking dust.
Properties
Crush-resistant and recoverable, excellent resilience properties, high resistance to mechanical load, abrasion-resistant, super lightweight, very flexible, generally good UV and ozone resistance, optimum flow characteristics, electrically conductive to BGR 132 by grounding wire, RoHS compliant.
