Features and Applications

Master PVC L-F M is ideal for automotive fumes, industrial fumes, and moderate abrasive dust under low pressure and vacuum conditions. Its medium-duty design makes it suitable for applications, including ventilation and air-conditioning systems, dust removal, and apparatus construction. The hose is very flexible with a small bend radius.

Properties

Made from soft grey PVC and reinforced with a spring steel wire helix. The hose offers good resistance to oil, alkalis, acids, and chemicals. It is lightweight, highly flexible, and has an optimum flow characteristics with a wall thickness of approximately 0.55 mm between spirals. Also meeting TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU standards, with earthing at both ends of the spiral for non-flammable dust and bulk solids in Zone 22, and for gases/liquids with low conductivity of electrostatic charges in Zone 2.
