Master-PVC LF is a lightweight, highly flexible PVC film/foil hose, engineered to be hydrolysis-resistant, microbe-resistant, and flame-retardant, offering reliable performance in demanding environments.

Features and Applications

The Master-PVC LF is perfect for use in ventilation and air-conditioning systems, bulk handling, chemical processing, and the food and pharmaceutical industries. Its construction features a film hose with an embedded spring steel wire support coil, ensuring durability while maintaining flexibility. With a wall thickness of 0.5 to 0.8 mm between spirals depending on the diameter, this hose balances light weight with moderate pressure resistance, making it ideal for applications where flexibility and ease of handling are crucial. It also exhibits good resistance to oils, chemicals, alkaline solutions, and acids, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial uses.

Properties

This hose is characterised by its very high flexibility and light weight, allowing for easy installation and manoeuvrability. Despite its light build, it offers moderate pressure resistance, making it suitable for applications that require reliable performance under pressure.
