Master-Santo LF Thermoplastic Vulcanisate TPV Ducting with Steel Helix and Polyester Yarn
Product Code: M7576

Description
A thermoplastic rubber ducting that is lightweight, highly flexible, and designed for handling various types of fumes, steam, and air intakes. This ducting meets the high standards of modern industries, providing reliable performance and durability.
Features and Applications:
Master-SANTO LF is constructed from thermoplastic rubber and reinforced with high tensile steel wire helix and axial & helical polyester yarns. It is suitable for automotive air intakes, materials drying, oil mist extraction, chemical fumes, industrial fumes, and steam. The ducting's lightweight and flexible design make it easy to handle and install, enhancing efficiency.
Properties:
This ducting offers good general chemical resistance and generally good UV and ozone resistance. It is very flexible and lightweight, featuring a small bend radius for optimal flow characteristics. Wall with a thickness of approximately 0.5 mm between spirals. It is halogen and plasticizer-free, ensuring safety and compliance with environmental standards. The ducting is also electrically conductive to BGR 132 by grounding the spiral. The robust design reduces maintenance costs and the risk of damage during operation, ensuring consistent and high-quality performance. Bore Finish: Corrugated
