Introducing Master-SIL 2 — a high temperature ducting constructed with two layers of silicone-coated glass fabric, reinforced with a spring steel wire helix and glass fibre cord, ensuring durability and optimal performance in demanding applications.

Features and Applications

Master-SIL 2 is ideal for conveying air or gaseous media with high gas or environmental temperatures, particularly in applications with increased mechanical demands. Suitable for vehicle construction, aircraft industries, shipbuilding industries, general engineering, engine construction, chemical industries, plastics industries, and incineration plants. This hose also serves as an efficient hot air hose for granule dryers.

Properties

Made from double-layered silicone-coated glass-fibre fabric, reinforced with a spring steel wire spiral and fibreglass cord. Master-SIL 2 is very flexible, lightweight, and has a small bend radius. It features a nearly smooth inside, symmetrical bending, and kink-proof design, with good chemical resistance. The immovable vulcanised wall and spring steel spiral ensure robust performance, making it suitable for applications with high mechanical requirements.
