Master-SIL 1 is ideal for conveying air or gaseous media with high gas or environmental temperatures. This hose is also perfect for use as a hot air hose for granule dryers, ensuring efficient operation in high-temperature environments.

Properties

Made from silicone-coated glass-fibre fabric, reinforced with a spring steel wire spiral and fibreglass cord. Master-SIL 1 is very flexible, lightweight, and has a small bend radius. It features a nearly smooth inside, symmetrical bending, and kink-proof design, with good chemical resistance. The immovable vulcanised wall and spring steel spiral ensure robust performance. The hose is designed to handle high and low temperatures, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
