Miniflex PU is our protection and suction ducting, constructed from polyether polyurethane with a plastic-coated spring steel wire helix, it ensures durability and optimal performance.

Its flexibility and lightweight nature make it suitable for vacuum and low-pressure environments, handheld machines, and applications requiring protection against mechanical loads.

Properties

Miniflex PU is highly abrasion-resistant, extremely flexible, and can be axially twisted and compressed. It features a bend radius equal to its outer diameter, making it very adaptable. The hose is hardly inflammable, resistant to oil, fuels, chemicals, UV, and ozone, and is microbe and ageing resistant. It is gas tight, has high tensile and burst strength.
