Description

Ether based polyurethane hose, Next 09 ET, reinforced with a TPU-coated AISI 302 INOX stainless steel spiral, to offer the best adhesion with the hose wall. Smooth inside to ensure optimisation of flow properties.

Features

Suction and transport hose with a constant 0.9mm wall thickness in internal diameters ranging from 30mm to 203mm. Used in heavy duty applications in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, street cleaning, leaf collection and paddock cleaning, dust extraction, plastics, glass and ceramic, woodworking, granule drying, printing and paper industries, and for all applications where a special microbe resistance is required.

Properties

Resistant to microbes, hydrolysis, mineral oils, chemicals, excellent resistance to ozone and weather. Suitable to deliver food stuffs, commonly used in food grade applications in plastics, packaging and pharmaceutical industries, renown for flexibility even at low temperatures and completely free of halogens and phthalates.

• Food Grade: In accordance with EU 10/2011 (Classes A, B, C, D1, D2, E) and FDA Regulations (title 21 CFR 177.2600).
• Antistatic: Permanently antistatic wall material to R ≤ 10⁹ Ohm/m. By earthing the stainless steel helix, the hose becomes electrically bonded with electrical resistance R ≤ 10² Ohm/m.
• Compliance: Conforms to REACH and RoHS Regulations.
