Introducing the P2PU AE Polyurethane Ducting — a lightweight flexible polyurethane ducting solution tailored for industries requiring a ducting that can handle a range of temperatures. This ducting is designed primarily for the suction of air, dust, oil, and petrol fumes.

Key Features:

  • Temperature Resilience: Operates between -40°C to +100°C in a 20°C ambient.
  • Robust Construction: 0.4mm thick wall polyether-polyurethane wall encapsulating a spring steel wire helix.
  • Versatility: Suitable for suction of air, dust, oil, and petrol fumes.
  • Chemical Resistance: Resistant to hydrolysis and microbes.
  • Flexibility: Known for its excellent flexibility, good abrasion resistance, and good compressibility.

Applications:

Suction of air, dust, oil, and petrol fumes. Other applications include food processing (with the P2PU Food variant), flame retardant applications (with the P2PU SE-A variant), and more.

Material:

Constructed with a polyether-polyurethane wall encapsulating a spring steel wire helix. It is available in a clear color, with standard lengths of 10 metres and a diameter range of 25mm-800mm. Options include food grade, flame retardant, and black color variants.
