Introducing the P2PUF Food Polyurethane Ducting — a lightweight flexible polyurethane ducting solution tailored for industries requiring a ducting suitable for food and pharmaceutical applications. This ducting is designed primarily for the suction of air, dust, oil, and petrol fumes.

Key Features:

  • Temperature Resilience: Operates between -40°C to +100°C in a 20°C ambient.
  • Robust Construction: 0.4mm thick polyether-polyurethane wall encapsulating a spring steel wire helix.
  • Versatility: Suitable for suction of air, dust, oil, and petrol fumes, especially in food and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Chemical Resistance: Resistant to hydrolysis and microbes. Food grade compliant with EG regulations and FDA standards.
  • Flexibility: Known for its excellent flexibility, good abrasion resistance, and good compressibility.

Applications:

Suction of air, dust, oil, and petrol fumes, suitable for applications in food- and pharmaceutical industry. The ducting is compliant with EG regulation no. 1935/2004 and no. 10/2011, FDA standard 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010.

Material:

Constructed with a polyether-polyurethane wall encapsulating a spring steel wire helix. It is available in a clear color, with standard lengths of 10 metres and a diameter range of 25mm-800mm. Options include flame retardant, anti-static, and black color variants.
