Introducing the P3PU AE Polyurethane Ducting — a heavy-duty polyurethane ducting solution tailored for industries requiring a ducting suitable for the suction of abrasive media and transportation of granular particles.
Key Features:
- Temperature Resilience: Operates between -40°C to +100°C in a 20°C ambient.
- Robust Construction: Polyether-Polyurethane wall with an embedded PVC coated spring steel wire helix.
- Versatility: Suitable for suction of abrasive media and transportation of granular particles.
- Chemical Resistance: Hydrolysis and microbe resistant. Offers good petrol and oil resistance.
- Flexibility: Known for its robust construction, high abrasion resistance, relatively smooth inside diameter, and good flexibility.
Applications:
Suction of abrasive media, and transportation of granular particles. The ducting is halogen and plasticizer-free.
Material:
Constructed with a polyether-polyurethane wall encapsulating a PVC coated spring steel wire helix. It is available in a clear color, with standard lengths of 10 metres and a diameter range of 20mm-500mm. Options include P3PU – Polyester Polyurethane, P3PU AS – Anti-static, and P3PU EL – Static conductive.
