Introducing the P3SPU AE Polyurethane Ducting — a heavy-duty polyurethane ducting solution tailored for industries requiring a ducting suitable for the suction and transportation of sand, gravel, and grain.

Key Features:

• Temperature Resilience: Operates between -40°C to +100°C in a 20°C ambient.
• Robust Construction: Polyether-Polyurethane wall with an encapsulated spring steel helix. Very smooth bore.
• Versatility: Suitable for suction and transportation of sand, gravel, and grain.
• Chemical Resistance: Resistant to hydrolysis and microbes. Offers good resistance to oils and petrol. Food grade compliant with EG regulation no. 1935/2004 and no. 10/2011, FDA standard 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010.
• Flexibility: Known for its excellent abrasion and vacuum resistance, very smooth bore, and good flexibility.

Applications:

Suction and transportation of sand, gravel, and grain. The ducting is food proved and compliant with EG regulation no. 1935/2004 and no. 10/2011, FDA standard 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010.

Constructed with a polyether-polyurethane wall encapsulating a spring steel helix. It is available in a clear color, with standard lengths of 10 metres and a diameter range of 30mm-350mm. Options include P3SPU AS – Anti-static and P3SPU – Polyester Polyurethane.
