Introducing the P3SPU AS Anti-static Polyurethane Ducting — a heavy-duty polyurethane ducting solution tailored for industries requiring a ducting suitable for the suction and transportation of sand, gravel, and grain in potentially explosive areas.

• Robust Construction: Polyether-Polyurethane wall thickness with an encapsulated spring steel helix. Very smooth bore.

• Chemical Resistance: Resistant to hydrolysis and microbes, excellent abrasion and vacuum resistance, good resistance to oils and petrol.

Applications:

Suction and transportation of sand, gravel, grain in potentially explosive areas. The ducting is antistatic (R ≤ 10^8 Ohm), conforms to TRBS 2153 and for aspiration also to TRGS 727.

Material:

Constructed with a polyether-polyurethane wall encapsulating a spring steel helix. It is available in a clear color, with standard lengths of 10 metres and a diameter range of 30mm-350mm. Options include P3SPU AE – Hydrolysis & microbe resistant and P3SPU – Polyester Polyurethane.
