Polderflex PUR Food A is ideal for the pharmaceutical, chemicals, and food industries, offering extreme pressure and vacuum resistance with permanently antistatic properties. Conforming to EU Guideline 10/2011 and FDA regulations, it ensures a safe and reliable performance in critical industrial applications. This hose is perfect for the suction and transport of abrasive solids while maintaining food-grade quality and compliance.
Properties
Pure polyether polyurethane wall with a thickness of 3-5 mm, depending on DN, reinforced with spring steel wire (stainless steel 1.4310). The hose is permanently antistatic with a surface resistance of less than 10⁹ Ohm. It is extra heavyweight, flexible, and features smooth inner and outer linings. Odourless and tasteless, microbe and hydrolysis-resistant, and offers increased pressure and vacuum resistance. Halogen and plasticizer-free, it provides optimum flow characteristics, good chemical resistance, high abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, and generally good UV and ozone resistance.
