Introducing the PU1220 Polyurethane Ducting — a flexible ducting solution tailored for industries requiring a ducting suitable for the suction and transportation of light abrasive materials in a wide range of industries.
Key Features:
- Temperature Resilience: Operates between -30°C to +80°C in a 20°C ambient.
- Robust Construction: A semi rigid high impact grey PVC helix encapsulated in clear food grade polyether polyurethane.
- Wall Thickness: Ranges from 0.5mm to 1.1mm.
- Hydrolysis and Microbe Resistant: Yes.
Applications:
Suction and transportation of light abrasive materials in a wide range of industries. FDA approved in accordance with the EU modified regulation 10/2011 and CE 1935/2004. High abrasion resistance and smooth bore. Excellent flexibility. Hydrolysis and microbe resistant.
Material:
Constructed with a semi rigid high impact grey PVC helix encapsulated in clear food grade polyether polyurethane. It is available in a clear color with a grey helix, with standard lengths of 20 metres for diameters from 16mm up to and including 160mm, and 10 metres for diameters from 180mm up to and including 250mm.
