The Beerstar Suction and Delivery Hose is engineered for beer, fine wines, and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages with up to 96% alcohol content. Its robust design excels in heavy-duty applications like brewery transfers or winery processing, while withstanding intense cleaning and sterilisation processes for optimal hygiene.

With a 10 Bar constant working pressure and 0.9 Bar vacuum across sizes from 25mm to 102mm inner diameters, this hose operates from -30°C to +120°C and supports steam cleaning up to +130°C for 30 minutes. Compliant with EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 (GMP), FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, 3-A Sanitary Standards 18-03, BfR XXI cat.2, D.M. 03.21.73, and REACH 1907/2006, it’s free from phthalates, BPA, adipates, and PAHs, ensuring a 3:1 safety ratio.
