Cargoflex Polyester Polyurethane Ducting with Spring Steel Wire Helix Reinforcement
Product Code: M183

Description
High-performance suction and delivery ducting engineered for extreme abrasion and vacuum resistance. It features a hose wall made of polyester polyurethane and reinforced with a spiral of spring steel wire, ensuring durability and strength.
Features and Applications
Cargoflex PU is ideal for the transport of gravel, stones, and glass, as well as the renovation of railways. It is also perfect for loading equipment, handling glass wool, slag granulates, sintered materials, and providing robust performance in quarries, cement works, shipyards, and docks. Our ducting is designed to meet the highest demands for service life and abrasion resistance, making it suitable for the most challenging environments and mechanical load protection.
Properties
The hose features a wall thickness between 3.2 - 4.8 mm, depending on bore size, providing an exceptionally strong PU lining that is extremely abrasion-resistant. It offers excellent flexibility, high tensile and burst strength, and outstanding vacuum-proof and pressure-resistant capabilities. The Cargoflex PU hose is built for long service life, resistant to oil and fuels, gas-tight, and free of halogens and plasticisers. Additionally, it has good chemical resistance, excellent UV and ozone resistance, and complies with RoHS standards. Bore Finish: Nearly smooth bore
