Specialist Chemical and Food Suction Hose 16 Bar Pressure

Description


The Extra-Flexible Mandrel Built Chemical Suction and Delivery Hose is designed for transferring acids, bases, ketones, aldehydes, esters, and aromatic, aliphatic, and chlorinated hydrocarbons, as well as animal or vegetable foodstuffs and alcoholic drinks. Compliant with EN 12115 – Type Ω/T, it’s suited for chemical plants, food processing, or beverage industries.

Featuring a constant 16 Bar working pressure across sizes from 19mm to 102mm inner diameters, this hose offers a 4:1 safety factor and a minimum 6mm wall thickness. It withstands tensile stress of 4,000 N (approx. 400 kg) with only 3.5% temporary diameter reduction and is certified for explosive environments per DEKRA report 16EXAM11132 BVS-bk (zones 0, 1, 2 per IEC/TS 60079-32-1:2016, TRGS 727:2016, EN ISO 8031:2010).

  • Pressure Stability: 16 Bar across all sizes.
  • Size Range: 19mm to 102mm ID with 6mm minimum wall thickness.
  • Explosive Safety: Certified for zones 0, 1, 2 with patented design (MI2002A001311).
