The Extra-Flexible Food Grade Vegetable Oil and Dairy Hose is tailored for conveying milk, milk by-products, and animal or vegetable fatty food liquids, serving oil mills, dairies, and general food industries. It ensures safe and efficient transfer of sensitive products, maintaining their quality across a range of processing environments.
With a constant 10 Bar working pressure and 0.9 Bar vacuum across sizes from 25mm to 102mm inner diameters, this hose operates from -20°C to +90°C and supports steam cleaning up to +130°C for 30 minutes. Compliant with EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 (GMP), FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, 3-A Sanitary Standards 18-03, BfR XXI cat.2, D.M. 21.03.73, RAL-F11, and REACH 1907/2006, it’s free from phthalates, BPA, adipates, and PAHs, offering a 3:1 safety ratio.
